Nights and weekends I took everything I was learning and gave it back to the community through P1nkrain, a non-profit I co-founded with Ana Sosa. Our mission was to create platforms for artists in various fields—be it photography, poetry, culinary arts, or design. We organized events all over NYC that not only gave artists a stage but also fostered networking and even opportunities to sell their work. Beyond that, we extended our reach to offer free art classes for children ages 5-15 every Saturday. Crowdfunding efforts ensured we had all the necessary supplies, food, and transportation for educational trips with the kids. Using my experience from big agencies, I applied these professional standards to uplift my community.

In 2019, I joined a unique initiative called 'Attorneys with Swag.' As the Creative Director of this non-profit, I sought to make legal education both accessible and engaging for the masses. We started with interviews featuring professionals across various fields, dissecting the laws that govern their work. But that was just the beginning. I orchestrated the creation of songs, music videos, merchandise, podcasts, and events—all aimed at amplifying the educational message. The end result was a multimedia blend of education and entertainment that empowered communities with essential legal knowledge.https://www.attorneyswithswag.com/

PROJECT MANAGER
Eugene Toussaint
Born and raised by his grandparents, aunt and father between the Bronx River projects and East Tremont, Eugene has always loved to debate and argue his unique view points on life. Thus, he decided to attend St. John’s School of Law as he believed becoming an attorney was the pinnacle of success and a real necessity in his community.
Growing up in the Bronx, Eugene has seen his fair share of injustices and hopelessness from a young age. It was during these times that he developed the passion to help not only himself, but also the people in his community. As a result, he decided to become a public defender to help rectify those injustices he has experienced and protect the most vulnerable people of his community.
