Banking on the Power of a Personal Connection

Spire worked with Texas Capital Bank to differentiate the bank in an industry full of copycat brands and stale on originality to position the brand for future growth. A two-day strategic workshop was conducted with key stakeholders from the bank’s leadership team to develop a fresh messaging and positioning platform for the brand. Serving as the foundational brand document for the bank, the platform defined the personality and essence of the brand and set forth a messaging strategy that would resonate with clients and key prospective audiences. From this, the award-winning “Texas Capitalism®” branding campaign came to life speaking directly to the entrepreneurial spirit that defines the bank’s primary clients and target audiences. The campaign was rolled out through multiple channels, both traditional and digital, resulting in greater overall brand recognition and strong top-line revenue growth.
